Territory Manager

Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers (HCPs), building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Develop and maintain understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; course-correct as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.

Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights for customer-focused actions.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas.
- Apply business acumen to assess market dynamics and plan effectively.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs and key decision-makers.
- Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address questions credibly.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Work with adjacent field partners (e.g., Field Reimbursement Managers, Territory Managers, Regional Business Directors).
- Share insights/best practices; provide market intelligence and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated entrepreneurial mindset; thrive in fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.

Travel
- Up to 60%.

- Standard company benefits: medical, dental, vision, time off, 401K; eligible for Mineralys incentive plans based on personal and company performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
