Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Lead successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Management / Business Execution
- Develop and maintain knowledge of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; adjust strategy as needed.
- Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence
- Execute strategic call plans using data and insights.
- Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas.
- Apply business acumen to assess market dynamics for effective planning.
- Build and sustain trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
- Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
- Deliver high-quality product presentations and address customer questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull-through.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance customer/patient experience compliantly.
- Collaborate with field reimbursement and regional field leadership.
- Share insights and best practices with internal teams.
- Provide timely market intelligence and competitive updates.
- Support regional meetings, launch initiatives, and company-sponsored programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales experience considered).
- Specialty (cardiometabolic) sales experience preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales goals; strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; able to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.
Travel
- Up to 60%.

US Salary Range
- $130,000 - $165,000.
