Territory Manager
Position Summary
- Lead the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product in an assigned territory by educating healthcare providers, building trusted customer relationships, driving product adoption, and achieving territory sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop/maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
- Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
- Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted HCPs.
- Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity; identify opportunities and adjust strategy.
- Achieve sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
- Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
- Execute strategic call plans; translate data/insights into customer actions.
- Present product information, communicate clinical data/access value appropriately, and address questions.
- Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support pull-through.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and adjacent field partners; share insights/best practices.
- Provide timely market/customer intelligence; support meetings and launch initiatives.
- Maintain integrity and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred (other relevant sales considered).
- Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
- Prior launch experience preferred.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong clinical acumen; ability to communicate complex scientific information.
- Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, able to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
- Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel within territory.
Travel
- Up to 60% travel.
Benefits/Compensation
- Eligible for medical, dental, vision, time off, and 401K; participation in incentive plans based on performance.
- US Salary Range: $130,000–$165,000.
