Territory Manager – Hematology – Southern California, HI

Role: Field-based Territory Manager preparing for launch of tirabrutinib, a selective BTK inhibitor for relapsed/refractory primary CNS lymphoma (R/R PCNSL). Objectives include developing territory strategies, building relationships with hematology/oncology providers, and supporting product readiness. Responsibilities: execute a tailored business plan, communicate clinical data effectively, address barriers to treatment, gather market insights, and collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access. Qualifications: BS/BA in life sciences or business; 8+ years pharma/biotech experience with at least 5 years in malignant hematology sales; experience in rare diseases or oral oncolytics preferred. Must reside within the South California & Hawaii territory; able to travel within the territory. High-value specifics: launch in complex hematology/oncology market, focusing on CNS lymphoma, with emphasis on clinical education, stakeholder engagement, and market access. Work setup: field-based with travel as needed.
