Responsibilities:
- Cover Kansas City, MO territory (Kansas City metro; Columbia, MO; Springfield, MO; Topeka, KS; Lincoln, NE; Omaha, NE).
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Build and maintain partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent company vision/culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and grow pull-through opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for accounts and patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Use territory business planning tools to uncover additional opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through on potential and growth opportunities.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree (or equivalent) and 2+ years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with proven success in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverβs License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel as required (overnight travel may be needed).
- Eye care experience preferred.
- Meet access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities in the territory.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing).
Compensation/Benefits:
- Salary range: $100,000β$150,000.
