Role: Territory Manager, Eye Care โ€“ Kansas City, MO

Responsibilities:
- Cover the Kansas City, MO territory (Kansas City metro; Columbia, MO; Springfield, MO; Topeka, KS; Lincoln, NE; Omaha, NE).
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent Viatrisโ€™ vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, marketplace/industry trends, and business trends to manage and pull through opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to provide a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners.
- Use territory business planning tools to identify additional business opportunities.
- Manage and utilize approved resources to maximize pull-through.

Minimum Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a successful track record in technical knowledge, selling techniques, and medical terminology.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Meet access requirements for target offices/health care facilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehending, reading, writing).

Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000.
