Territory Manager, Eye Care – Burbank, CA
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve the Burbank, CA territory (Burbank and Glendale, CA).
- Meet and exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with targeted ECP accounts and represent Viatris’ vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Leverage disease-state knowledge, marketplace, and industry/business trends to manage and drive pull-through opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership/internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Use territory business planning tools and approved resources to uncover and maximize growth opportunities.
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with integrity and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience with a proven track record.
- Live within the geography of responsibility or within reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required.
- Eye care experience preferred (not required).
- Must meet access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing).
