Territory Manager, Eye Care โ€“ Brooklyn, NY

Key Responsibilities:
- Cover Brooklyn, NY (South Brooklyn, Coney Island, Astoria, Jackson Heights).
- Meet/exceed corporate sales objectives at the territory level.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with targeted ECP accounts; represent the companyโ€™s vision and culture to the Eye Care community.
- Use disease-state knowledge, marketplace and industry trends to manage and pull through business opportunities.
- Deliver MLR-approved, education-focused, patient-centric messages and appropriate disease-state information to target ECP accounts.
- Achieve quarterly and annual business goals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with internal partners to create a positive experience for Eye Care accounts and their patients.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to field leadership and internal partners on strategic initiatives.
- Demonstrate company culture norms through customer interactions and collaboration.
- Use territory business planning tools and approved resources to identify and maximize opportunities.
- Comply with all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies with high integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (or equivalent); 2+ years pharmaceutical/medical/related sales experience preferred (or a combination of experience/education).
- Live within the territory or reasonable driving distance.
- Valid Driverโ€™s License and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel; overnight travel may be required.
- Eye care experience preferred.
- Meet all access requirements for target offices/health care facilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM, and similar databases.
- English speaking/reading/writing comprehension required.

Compensation:
- Salary range: $100,000โ€“$150,000.
