Role Summary
Territory Manager (Dermatology) in Dallas within a global pharmaceutical company focusing on dermatological products; responsible for promoting and selling products within an established territory and serving as a sales representative to dermatologists with disease product information and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geography
- Develop, analyze, and prioritize to execute territory plans to achieve business results through compliant means
- Use knowledge of products, healthcare markets, managed care, and customer markets to meet or exceed customer needs
- Understand and execute sales territory management and customer development
- Establish and maintain communications and relationships with co-workers and assigned physicians and healthcare providers
- Participate in scheduled sales meetings, district and regional conference calls, and other business meetings
- Model behaviors consistent with company standards and policies for business and compliance
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required
- 3+ years successful sales experience in a quota-driven role
- Dermatology and/or selling biologics strongly preferred
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and strong aptitude for learning
- High sense of urgency with regards to customer service orientation and administrative responsibilities
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market opportunities
- Knowledge of the business and market in the assigned territory preferred
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based culture
- High integrity and ethical standards
- Valid driver's license to travel to customer locations (overnights may be required)
- Ability to perform job duties which may include driving long distances, lifting up to 25 pounds, standing for presentations
