Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales goals for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
- Develop strategies to gain access and acceptance for OraPharma specialty dental products.
- Create and manage territory business plans (forecast, routing, customer segmentation, product implementation, etc.).
- Implement pre-defined sales and marketing strategies through clinical education and promotion.
- Manage customer account service levels (call frequency, business consulting, utilization, etc.).
- Complete administrative requirements (CRM, expense/mileage reporting, monthly calendar planning, etc.).
- Travel within the territory for business and outside the territory for meetings/trade shows.
- Follow Company policies/procedures and comply with federal/state laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree preferred with relevant medical device or dental sales experience OR Associates degree with healthcare clinical practice experience.
- Minimum 2 years prior sales experience in an FDA or other regulated business (preferred).
- Medical device or dental sales experience (strongly preferred); B2B experience considered.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationships.
- Experience in a highly collaborative/team environment.
- Responsible for assigned territory customer base; maintain home office.
- Valid driverโs license required.
- 95% time in field with customers; 25% overnight travel.
- Strong project management; ability to interpret/utilize business data.
- Effective written and oral communication; understand and present clinical information.
- Proficient with MS Office, Salesforce, sales databases, and web applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting base pay: $80Kโ$95K; eligible for annual bonus program or sales incentive plan.
