Role: Territory Manager responsible for launching and growing Mineralys’ first commercial product targeting hypertension and related conditions, primarily focusing on educating healthcare providers, driving product adoption, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: develop territory business plans, build relationships with HCPs, communicate clinical data, address barriers to access, analyze market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and reimbursement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of biotech/pharma sales experience (preferably specialty cardiometabolic), prior launch experience preferred, strong clinical acumen, and proven sales success. High-Value: focus on hypertension, CKD, OSA, biologics/novel therapies, launch-stage product, operate in a fully remote setup with up to 60% travel. Work setup: remote; travel required up to 60%.
