Responsibilities: engage healthcare professionals and mental health centers through in-person and virtual calls, develop and execute local business plans, allocate resources effectively, and manage administrative tasks such as expense and data reporting. Qualifications: bachelor's degree, 2+ years in healthcare or specialty pharmaceutical sales (preferably in neuroscience), with experience in antipsychotic or bipolar product launches highly valued. Skills: strong communication, clinical knowledge, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. High-Value: specialty pharma, neuroscience, psychiatric indications, virtual engagement, compliance adherence, with occasional overnight travel and regional meetings.
