Role Summary

Territory Leader based in San Antonio, responsible for disease state education, the launch and ongoing growth of XDEMVY, and building strong relationships with eye care customers while delivering high standards for launch, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management & Eye Care Experts: develop expertise in eye care clinical information, products, XDEMVY, and office treatment patterns; build relationships with key stakeholders; manage pull-through tactics and understand practice workflows; maximize managed care opportunities and provide feedback to leadership; engage key opinion leaders; promote compliant promotion aligned with corporate values.
  • Business Acumen & Sales Execution: exceed sales goals and productivity metrics; use data to guide activities, prioritize engagements, and extend product trial and utilization; monitor KPIs weekly to annually and adjust approach based on data; set actionable business plans and share insights with leadership; uphold ethics and compliance.
  • Business Owners & Culture Champions: drive a culture of commitment, empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement; collaborate with district leaders, marketing, market access, medical affairs, sales ops, training, and other stakeholders; provide frontline feedback; ensure PDMA/compliance guidelines; share best practices to elevate performance; maximize resources for territory success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or commensurate experience
  • 2+ years pharmaceutical or relevant healthcare sales experience (required)
  • Proven pharmaceutical launch experience (strongly preferred)
  • Eye Care experience (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and change-management skills; ability to escalate issues and make tough decisions

Additional Requirements

  • Field-based position reporting to the District Sales Leader
  • Location: must live in San Antonio
  • Travel: 40–50% travel within territory and to meetings/HQ as needed
