Responsibilities
- Deliver corporate objectives for the assigned territory.
- Develop, evolve, and execute strategic and tactical territory and account-level business plans with the RBD and internal business partners.
- Provide timely recommendations to address barriers related to marketplace trends, opportunities/threats, and competitive information.
- Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact.
- Partner with RBDs, Channel/Trade & Market Access Teams, TBMs, and other TBRs to create territory-specific strategies to ensure patient access to Xeris products.
- Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize ROI.
- Serve as a face to internal/external customers demonstrating commitment to value and solutions.
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training to share information and implement initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Represent Xeris professionally and ethically to external and internal stakeholders.
- Own ongoing professional development; leverage internal training.
- Navigate complex, multi-layered accounts; communicate and engage customers effectively.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in Health Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in field commercial roles (e.g., sales rep, hospital rep, sales trainer, marketing, regional account manager).
- Recent bioscience and/or diabetes experience highly desirable.
- Proficient with key data/metrics to improve business performance.
- Thrives in ambiguity; adapts quickly and asks questions to deepen understanding.
- Valid driverโ€™s license with satisfactory driving record.
- Competencies: self-directed, organizational, verbal/written communication, presentation, project management, negotiation, influencer, conflict resolution, adaptability.

Working Conditions
- Periodic evening/weekend work as needed; travel minimally 20%.
