Job Summary
- Responsible for all sales activities and execution of marketing strategies within assigned geography.
- Focus on key urology accounts and relevant institutions including hospitals and specialty pharmacies.
- Deliver sales results and develop detailed business plans to execute marketing strategy.
- Understand local market opportunities, including reimbursement, health care delivery models, transitions of care, and patient pathways.

Job Responsibilities
- Direct customer-facing interaction and execute brand and sales strategy to demonstrate clinical product value and educate on appropriate utilization.
- Use local market trends, institutions, and key customers to maximize territory results.
- Collaborate with matrix team members to establish and improve territory performance.
- Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Use internal resources and data analysis to create territory business plans that drive results.
- Identify opportunities for organizational efficiency and process improvements.
- Understand opportunities unique to the assigned geography.

Job Requirements
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in related field.
- Minimum 4 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
- Travel: 80% within assigned territory; 20% overnight and/or weekend events (as needed).
- Consistent track record of performance.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, results-oriented.
- Valid driverโ€™s license required.

Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years hospital or large account experience.
- 2+ years Uro-oncology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Medical Device experience.
- Experience with Buy & Bill products.
