Territory Business Manager, San Jose, CA

Role Summary

Based in San Jose, CA, the Territory Business Manager promotes Haleon OTC Oral Care products to dentists and hygienists. You will deliver science-based selling and customer recommendations through effective sales calls, account development, personal rapport, and promotional materials to drive commitment to Haleon products. You will own your territory, collaborate with field teams, and expand reach to new customers within an omni-channel environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
• Successfully perform all required duties in assigned territory, promoting aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care products.
• Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within an assigned territory.
• Become the owner of your territory to think strategically on expanding reach to new potential customers and partner with other field-based business units.
• Understand and embrace navigating in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals.
• Using industry leading CRM (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) software to manage customers data, leading to better engagement.
• Safely and adhering to our compliance guidelines, store all product samples, maintain an accurate inventory, and effectively utilize based on customer recommendation levels.

Qualifications

• Required: Must reside in the territory for consideration

Education

• Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree

Skills

• CRM proficiency with Salesforce, PowerBI, and Veeva to manage customer data and engagement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building with dental professionals
• Science-based selling and effective presentation skills

Additional Requirements

• Travel domestically as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekend travel
