Territory Business Manager, Rare Disease – Florida Panhandle/Tallahassee

Role: Territory Business Manager (TBM) responsible for promoting Alkermes sleep disorder products in the Clearwater/Panhandle region. Objectives include increasing product adoption through healthcare provider engagement and territory management. Responsibilities: demonstrate comprehensive product and disease state knowledge, employ effective selling and engagement skills, develop and execute business plans, manage healthcare provider targets, utilize resources for business growth, and ensure compliance with policies. Requirements: BA/BS degree, 5+ years pharma/biotech sales experience, residence within or near the target geography, valid driver’s license, ability to travel up to 80%, and credentialing if needed. Preferred: experience in specialty or rare disease sales, strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, and a passion for patient care.
