Territory Business Manager, Northern VA

Role Summary

Territory Business Manager to promote Haleon OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists in the Northern VA territory. Responsible for delivering customer recommendations through effective sales calls, account development, science-based selling, use of promotional materials, and maintaining alignment with Haleon OTC product commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
• Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
• Promote Haleon OTC Oral Care products within the assigned territory.
• Partner with the Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets.
• Own and strategically expand territory by identifying new potential customers and collaborating with other field-based teams.
• Navigate an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals.
• Use CRM tools (Salesforce, PowerBI, Veeva) to manage customer data and engagement.
• Safely store product samples, maintain inventory, and utilize based on customer recommendations while complying with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree.
• Required: Willingness to travel domestically as necessary (overnight/weekend travel possible).
• Required: Residency in the territory.

Preferred

• 1+ year of outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management.
• Track record of leadership and performance in prior roles.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Strong ability to build professional relationships and adapt to changing environments.
• Strategic thinking and creativity; strong organizational capability.
• Self-starter, proactive, and analytical; maintain territory customer database.
• Identification of high-potential dental practices; efficient territory routing.
• Clinical/Scientific aptitude; high-level selling skills; ability to ask for the business.
• Understanding of local healthcare marketplace and trends.

Education

• Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree (Required).
