Role Summary

Territory Business Manager to promote Haleonβ€šΓ„Γ΄s OTC Oral Care products to dentists and hygienists in the Northern VA area. Responsible for delivering customer recommendations through sales calls, account development, relationship-building, science-based selling, use of promotional materials, and ensuring customer commitment to Haleon OTC products.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Promote Haleon OTC Oral Care products in the assigned territory.
  • Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the territory.
  • Own the territory and think strategically to expand reach to new potential customers, collaborating with other field-based units.
  • Navigate an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals.
  • Use CRM tools (Sales Force, PowerBI, Veeva) to manage customer data and improve engagement.
  • Safely store product samples, maintain inventory accuracy, and utilize materials based on customer recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Required: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree.
  • Required: Domestic travel as necessary (overnight/weekend) and residence in the territory.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of outside dental/healthcare/B2B account management; demonstrated leadership and performance; strong presentation/facilitation; ability to build relationships; adaptability; strategic thinking; organizational skills; self-motivation; analytical skills; ability to identify high-potential practices; experience with territory routing; clinical/scientific aptitude; proven selling skills; knowledge of local healthcare marketplace.
