Role Summary

Territory Business Manager to promote OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists. Deliver customer recommendations through sales calls, account development, personal rapport, science-based selling, use of promotional materials and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products. Manage territory with strategic expansion and omni-channel engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
  • Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Promote Haleon OTC Oral Care products in the assigned territory.
  • Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the territory.
  • Own the territory, expand reach to new potential customers, and collaborate with other field-based business units.
  • Navigate an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals.
  • Use CRM systems (Sales Force, PowerBI, and Veeva) to manage customer data and engagement.
  • Safely store product samples, maintain inventory, and utilize based on customer recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as necessary (overnight/weekend travel may be required).
  • Must reside in the territory.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management; strong leadership and performance history; excellent presentation and facilitation skills; ability to build professional relationships; adaptability; strategic thinking; strong organizational capability; self-motivated; analytical skills; ability to identify high-potential dental practices; ability to develop routing plans; clinical/scientific aptitude; high-level selling skills; broad understanding of local healthcare marketplace.
