Territory Business Manager, Northern VA

Role Summary

Territory Business Manager to promote Haleon OTC products in the Oral Health category to Dentists and Hygienists. Responsible for delivering customer recommendations through sales calls, account development, personal rapport, science-based selling, use of promotional materials and customer commitment to Haleon OTC products.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
• Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
• Promote aligned Haleon OTC Oral Care products within the assigned territory.
• Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the territory.
• Own the territory to think strategically about expanding reach and collaborate with other field-based business units.
• Navigate in an Omni Channel environment centered on Dental Healthcare Professionals.
• Use CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, Veeva) to manage customer data for better engagement.
• Safely comply with guidelines, store product samples, maintain inventory, and utilize based on customer recommendations.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree.
• Required: Domestic travel may be necessary, including overnight and/or weekend travel.
• Required: Must reside in the territory for consideration.
• Preferred: 1+ year of outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management.
• Preferred: Leadership and performance track record; excellent presentation and facilitation skills; strong relationship building; adaptability; strategic thinking; organizational capability; self-motivation; analytical skills; ability to identify high-potential dental practices; territory routing planning; clinical/scientific aptitude; high-level selling skills; understanding of local healthcare marketplace.
