Responsibilities:
- Deliver on corporate objectives specific to territory.
- With RBD and internal business partner input, develop, evolve, and execute territory and account-level business plans.
- Recommend actions to eliminate/minimize barriers to progress tied to marketplace trends, opportunities/threats, and competitive information.
- Leverage internal expertise to maximize field impact.
- Work with Regional Business Directors, Channel/Trade & Market Access Teams, and Sales Representatives to create territory-specific strategies to ensure patient access to Xeris products.
- Manage territory budget and resource allocations to maximize ROI.
- Represent Xeris to internal and external customers with a commitment to value and solutions.
- Collaborate with peers, marketing, and training to share information and implement territory initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships and communications with physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Professionally and ethically represent Xeris externally (e.g., hospitals, IDNs, physicians, local diabetes chapters) to advance patient care/outcomes.
- Represent Xeris internally and support professionalism across the region.
- Own ongoing professional development; leverage internal training.
- Navigate complex, multi-layered accounts; effectively communicate and engage using internal resources.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Health Sciences, Business/Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years in field commercial roles (e.g., sales representative, hospital representative, sales trainer, marketing) OR 5+ years in bioscience commercial roles (e.g., sales representative, hospital representative, sales training, marketing, regional account manager).
- Valid US State-issued driverโ€™s license.
- Recent bioscience and/or diabetes experience highly desirable.
- Ability to create/execute business plans and adjust to meet goals.
- Proficiency with key data/metrics to improve performance.
- Thrives in ambiguity; adaptable; asks questions to deepen understanding.
- Competencies: self-directed, organizational, verbal/written communication, time management, presentation, project management, problem solving, negotiation, influencer, adaptability.

Working Conditions:
- Periodic evening/weekend work as needed.
- Travel varies; minimum 20%.
- Requires vehicle travel as necessary.
