The Position

The Territory Business Manager will report to the District Business Manager and be responsible for driving product awareness and utilization, working to achieve and exceed overall sales initiatives within a defined territory.

Responsibilities
- Employ business planning and local market knowledge to develop sales and customer networks
- Develop disease and product knowledge to compliantly promote dermatological products to healthcare professionals
- Engage physicians and targeted healthcare professionals to deliver clinically relevant information, exceed product goals, and ensure legal/compliance adherence
- Utilize knowledge of the marketplace and reimbursement landscape to prioritize opportunities
- Use direct selling techniques and market strategies to expand product demand
- Sell in a changing healthcare environment using critical thinking and a strategic mindset to gain customer access
- Coordinate and collaborate with field-based personnel to address customer needs
- Use patient-focused clinical dialogue for total account management and outstanding customer service
- Develop relationships and maintain an active presence in the dermatology community and associated organizations
- Represent the company professionally, ethically, and compliantly

Requirements (Education, Experience & Skills)
- Minimum 2 years of proven quota-driven sales experience; preference for dermatological, medical device, or specialty pharmaceutical sales
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required
- Valid driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated sustained high performance and aptitude for learning
- Strong urgency and customer service orientation
- Ability to travel as required by the territory
- Thrives in a performance-based, fast-paced, results-oriented culture
- Must be located in the Kansas City Area
