Role Summary
Territory Business Manager to promote OTC Oral Health products to Dentists and Hygienists in Brooklyn/Staten Island, NY. Responsible for delivering customer recommendations through sales calls, account development, and science-based selling, using promotional materials and maintaining compliance within the territory.
Responsibilities
- Provide scientific knowledge, business acumen, and customer engagement expertise to dental healthcare professionals.
- Work in a demanding, fast-paced, changing environment.
- Promote Haleon OTC Oral Care products in the assigned territory.
- Partner with Division Sales Manager to achieve company targets within the territory.
- Own the territory and expand reach to new potential customers; collaborate with other field-based business units.
- Navigate an Omni Channel environment centered on dental healthcare professionals.
- Use CRM software (Sales Force, PowerBI, Veeva) to manage customer data and engagement.
- Safely store product samples, maintain accurate inventory, and utilize materials based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Required: Associate's Degree in Dental Hygiene or Bachelor's degree.
- Required: Willingness to travel domestically as necessary, including overnight/weekend travel.
- Required: Residency in the territory for consideration.
- Preferred: 1+ year of outside dental, healthcare, or B2B account management; strong leadership and performance history.
