Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs/nurses/staff/administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges and opportunities.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans with measurable objectives; leverage analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Service accounts, maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to meet KPIs and performance goals; develop external relationships with key customers/thought leaders.
- Follow compliance and regulatory guidelines; act according to company values and escalate risks/issues when needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years specialty experience.
- Domestic travel as necessary (may include overnight; majority in-market).
- Valid driverβs license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences.
- Strong planning/organization, analytical/business acumen, decision-making and problem-solving.
- Cross-functional influence in matrix environment; excellent written/oral communication.
- Experience with complex market access, cold chain products, HIV treatment/prevention markets, and integrated account team models; Spanish bilingual (preferred).
Compensation & Benefits:
- US base salary: $145,500β$242,500; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive.
