Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales

Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment
- Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to find high-priority prospects
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients
- Coordinate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience
- Maintain portfolio-based selling and ensure cohesive internal communication
- Provide proactive customer service; anticipate and address HCP needs/problems
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to meet performance goals using KPIs and problem-solving
- Develop external relationships with key customers and thought leaders
- Act consistently with company values; escalate issues/risks; follow compliance/regulatory guidelines

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales; 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestically travel (including overnight; majority in market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional matrix experience
- Excellent written/oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access
- Cold chain product experience with HCPs
- HIV treatment/prevention market knowledge
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Integrated account team experience

Compensation/Benefits:
- US base salary: $145,500–$242,500; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive
