Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” Long-acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales

Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Sell to HCPs and service accounts using an integrated account management framework within a buy-and-bill model.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated customer experience.
- Provide proactive customer service; anticipate and address HCP needs/problems.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and problem-solving.
- Develop relationships with influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act in accordance with company culture/values; escalate issues/risks; understand and follow compliance/regulatory guidelines.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestically travel as necessary (overnight; majority of time in-market)
- Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence in matrixed environment
- Excellent written/oral communication
- Experience with complex market access coverage; cold chain products; HIV treatment/prevention markets
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Experience in integrated account teams

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable): US base salary $145,500–$242,500; annual bonus; long-term incentive eligibility; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
