Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Prevention Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities in target accounts.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model to reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated customer experience.
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure internal communication to provide a cohesive, integrated experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and addressing HCP needs/requests.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving.
- Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act in alignment with company values and culture; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks when needed.
- Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Domestic travel as necessary (majority of time in market)
- Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence/collaboration in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Success in complex market access coverage
- Experience with cold chain treatment products
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Experience partnering in integrated account team models
Benefits/Compensation:
- If based in San Francisco, CA: base salary range (new hires) $145,500 to $242,500; annual bonus; eligibility for share-based long-term incentive; health care/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, and paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
