Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders across target accounts.
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities.
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions supporting patient identification, access, and long-term account growth.
- Bring product/clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices.
- Support access and formulary efforts with value-based messaging and collaboration on pull-through strategies.
- Drive business performance through disciplined planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through.
- Collaborate across teams while modeling high ethics, integrity, and compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).
- Progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management experience.
- Track record of results with clear customer/patient focus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning.
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience navigating institutional decision-making and access/formulary dynamics.
Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 80% by car or plane.
- Overnight travel ~10–30% may be required.
- Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccinations as applicable).
