Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders across target accounts.
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders.
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities.
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions supporting appropriate patient identification, access, and long-term account growth.
- Bring product and clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices.
- Support access and formulary efforts with value-based messaging and collaboration on pull-through strategies.
- Drive business performance through disciplined planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through.
- Collaborate cross-functionally while modeling ethics, integrity, and compliance.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education/experience).

Preferred:
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA).

Required Experience/Skills:
- Progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management experience.
- Strong results track record with customer and patient focus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning skills.
- Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Experience navigating sophisticated customer systems and processes, including access/formulary dynamics where applicable.

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; travel up to 80% (overnight ~10–30% may be required).
- Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccination as applicable).

Pay Range:
- $133,600 - $200,400.
