Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders across target accounts
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions supporting appropriate patient identification, access, and long-term account growth
- Bring product and clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices
- Support access and formulary efforts with value-based messaging and internal pull-through collaboration
- Drive business performance through disciplined planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through
- Collaborate across teams while modeling ethics, integrity, and compliance

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management
- Track record of results with clear customer and patient focus
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning skills
- Ability to work in complex, cross-functional environments
- Experience navigating sophisticated customer systems/protocols, including access/formulary dynamics where applicable

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to travel by car/plane up to 80%
- Overnight travel (approximately 10–30%) may be required
- Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccination as applicable)

Pay Range: $133,600–$200,400 (eligible for annual bonus and annual equity awards; some roles may be eligible for overtime)
