Territory Account Manager (TAM) β€” Long-Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales (Specialty Sales)

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional sales and service; identify, target, and win new business by working with HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities in target accounts.
- Use data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help customers scale their treatment model and reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Clinical Nurse Educators and Field Reimbursement Managers to deliver an integrated customer experience.
- Maintain a portfolio-based selling mindset and keep internal communication aligned to ensure customers experience a cohesive, integrated company offering.
- Anticipate and address HCP problems/needs/requests; provide exceptional customer service.
- Deliver/adapt execution plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem-solving.
- Develop and foster relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Understand and follow compliance and regulatory guidelines; escalate issues/risks when needed.

Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience
- 3+ years specialty experience
- Ability to travel domestically (may include overnight)
- Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences
- Strong planning/organization, analytical ability, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Cross-functional influence in a matrixed environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Sales success in complex market access coverage
- Experience with cold chain treatment products and HCP procurement/management/administration
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets
- Spanish bilingual (preferred)
- Experience partnering in integrated account team models with multiple field-based team members
