Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Build strategic customer partnerships with key decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders across target accounts
- Navigate complex health systems by engaging clinical, administrative, pharmacy, formulary, and protocol stakeholders
- Develop and execute account plans reflecting customer priorities, institutional dynamics, access considerations, and business opportunities
- Identify barriers and unlock solutions that support appropriate patient identification, access, and long-term account growth
- Bring product/clinical expertise using approved messaging and compliant engagement practices
- Support access and formulary efforts through value-based messaging and pull-through collaboration
- Drive performance via disciplined planning, execution, forecasting, and follow-through
- Collaborate across teams while modeling ethics, integrity, and compliance

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience)

Preferred:
- MBA or advanced degree
- Progressive pharmaceutical/biotech sales and account management experience
- Proven results with customer/patient focus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic account planning skills
- Experience in complex, cross-functional environments and institutional/access/formulary dynamics

Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license; travel by car/plane up to 80%; overnight travel ~10–30%
- Ability to meet customer credentialing requirements (background screening, training, vaccination as applicable)

Pay Range: $133,600 - $200,400
