Territory Account Manager

Key Accountabilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory; develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets; conduct market research.
- Account Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients; provide excellent customer service; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Stay current on features and benefits; conduct product presentations and training sessions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and updates; analyze sales data to identify improvement and growth opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; keep abreast of industry regulation changes and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Education and Experience / Qualifications
- 4-year degree from an accredited university (BA/BS).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical, pharmaceutical, or diagnostic sales in hospital or academic settings.
- Experience engaging in grand rounds, tumor boards, P&T committees, and multidisciplinary clinical presentations.
- Proven track record launching new products and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strongly preferred: Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology sales.
- Strong understanding of the U.S. reimbursement landscape and healthcare sales processes.
- Skilled in developing/executing sales operating plans; project management (budgeting, contracting, timeline management).
- Ability to learn and communicate complex clinical/technical information; excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, results-driven team player.
- Ability to travel up to 75% domestically.
