Territory Account Manager (TAM) β Long-Acting HIV Injectable Prevention Sales
Responsibilities:
- Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt a new approach to HIV treatment.
- Engage HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges/opportunities.
- Leverage data analytics and market expertise to identify high-priority prospects.
- Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale treatment models to reach more patients.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners (e.g., Clinical Nurse Educators, Field Reimbursement Managers) to deliver an integrated product experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by proactively anticipating and addressing HCP needs and requests.
- Deliver and adapt execution plans using KPIs, scaling of successes, and business problem solving.
- Maintain portfolio-based selling mindset and ensure cohesive, integrated customer experience.
- Develop external relationships with key influential customers and thought leaders.
- Act consistently with company culture/values; embrace ambiguity in a launch environment; escalate issues/risks when needed; follow compliance/regulatory guidelines.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
- 3+ years specialty experience.
- Domestic travel as necessary (may include overnight; majority of time in market).
- Valid Driverβs License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences.
- Strong planning, organization, analytical ability, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Cross-functional experience in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Experience in complex market access coverage.
- Experience working with HCPs to procure/manage/administer cold chain treatment products.
- Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets.
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Experience in integrated account team model with multiple field-based team members.
Compensation/Benefits (US): Annual base salary range $145,500β$242,500; annual bonus; eligible for share-based long-term incentive; health/insurance, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave.
