Position Summary
- Join the Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP) to drive innovative technology solutions that accelerate BMS digitization and support patient care.
Program Structure
- 2-year full-time rotational program.
- Three 8-month rotations across BI&T areas (e.g., R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity).
- Customized rotations and stretch assignments; based in central New Jersey offices.
- Lead one key program pillar (recruiting, communications/marketing, events, or onboarding).
Requirements
- MBA, Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master’s program completion in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Minimum 3 years of technology, digital, healthcare, or other relevant industry experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without visa sponsorship (now or in the future).

- Strong written/verbal communication; present ideas to multiple levels including executives.
