Position: Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP) Associate (June 2027 cohort)
Responsibilities:
- Complete a 2-year full-time rotational program with three 8-month rotations across BI&T areas (e.g., R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity).
- Customize your path through rotational projects and stretch assignments; lead one key program pillar (e.g., recruiting, communications/marketing, events, or onboarding).
- Participate in trainings, workshops, conferences, professional events, and external volunteering; connect with People & Business Resource Groups (PBRGs).
Requirements:
- Graduation with an MBA, Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master program in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Minimum 3 years of technology, digital, healthcare, or other relevant industry experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. full-time without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Ideal Skills (Required/Preferred):
- Strategic, high-standards mindset; eagerness to learn evolving technology and apply insights.
- Excellent written/verbal communication for executive audiences.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, recommend, and execute timely decisions.
- Leadership experience; ownership of outcomes; transparency; coaching/mentoring.
- Urgency/agility, ability to work cross-functionally (βbreak silosβ).
- Passion for using business insights and technology to solve real problems for patients.
- Preferred: foundational IT concepts (infra/apps/data/cybersecurity) and exposure to programming/scripting (Python, SQL, Java); strong analytical/problem-solving; project management/analytics/business analysis/process redesign/continuous improvement.
