Position Summary / Program Overview
- Join the Technology Rotational Development Program (IT RDP) as a 2-year full-time rotational program (June 2027 cohort). Complete three 8-month rotations across BI&T areas (e.g., R&D, Commercialization, Cybersecurity) with customized rotations and unique stretch assignments. Rotations are based within central New Jersey offices. Lead one key program pillar (e.g., recruiting, communications/marketing, events, or onboarding).

Responsibilities / Learning & Growth
- Gain expertise through rotations (80% rotation work, 20% growth/career development), trainings, workshops, conferences, stretch assignments, People & Business Resource Groups (PBRGs), and external volunteering.
- Build internal/external network with mentorship (executive/rotation sponsors) and scheduled meetings with IT leadership.
- Develop leadership presence through visibility to senior leadership and monthly discovery sessions.

Requirements
- Graduation with an MBA, Master of Information Systems, or relevant Master program in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
- Minimum 3 years of technology, digital, healthcare, or other relevant industry experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States full-time without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
