Role Summary

Technology Platform Manager, Marketing Automation (TPM) to join our Business Technology team supporting our Global Vision business. Based in Jacksonville, Florida; Raritan, NJ; or New Brunswick, NJ, with continental US remote work possible. Responsible for leading and executing global Marketing Automation initiatives centered on the Marketing Automation platform (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud), supporting global and regional marketing, digital squads, and sales/customer service when needed.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Butterfly Program around Marketing Automation (migration from Salesforce to MS Dynamics) for Vision globally.
  • Set a clear vision for the Marketing Automation Platform and lead multi-generation platform strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Maximize ROI by identifying and prioritizing platform/product features by business value.
  • Shape the roadmap and provide consultation on best practices for Marketing Automation while defining global standards.
  • Educate Business and IT leaders on possibilities and capabilities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships within business and technology teams regionally and globally.
  • Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define and lead business product strategy, roadmaps, business cases and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Translate business strategy to technology solutions and communicate strategy and vision across the organization.
  • Hold accountability for solutions and their outcomes including metrics and dashboards; conduct experiments to test real-world success.
  • Estimate development effort to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with top priorities.
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision and standards; collaborate with enterprise architects to design scalable systems.
  • Manage licenses, financials and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience leading Marketing Automation platform programs/projects and initiatives around Salesforce or another Marketing Automation platform.
  • Knowledgeable experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MS Dynamics Marketing Automation.
  • Experience supporting digital email, push and/or SMS campaign mailing and journeys.
  • Understanding of integration capabilities between front-end, APIs, back-end systems and CRMs (e.g., Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience supporting global web and/or digital marketing campaign rollouts.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and documentation; experience with Agile methodology.
  • Project Management leadership experience delivering multiple projects.
  • Knowledge of Rapid Requirements Development or equivalent Business Analysis methodologies.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture and development methodologies; familiarity with marketing/CRM technologies.
  • Experience in Healthcare, FMCG, or medical technology industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with agencies and technology providers; strong collaboration and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented capabilities; able to work with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives; cross-geography experience.
  • Experience with Pardot or similar B2B CRM solutions; Marketing Cloud Certifications or SFDC Certifications preferred.
