Role Summary

Technology Platform Manager- CRM responsible for regional North America leadership of CRM-focused business technology projects, overseeing the CRM platform from conception to completion, and aligning technology strategies with business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive CRM-related programs and projects, including migration and platform enhancements to meet regional needs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with business and technology teams regionally and globally.
  • Partner with Business Product Owner and commercial leaders to define strategy, roadmaps, business cases, and outcomes (OKRs, KPIs).
  • Translate business strategy into technology solutions and communicate strategy across the organization.
  • Be accountable for solutions and outcomes, including metrics and dashboards.
  • Conduct experiments to test real-world success of proposed solutions.
  • Estimate development effort to prioritize requirements and align IT capacity with priorities.
  • Lead teams and deliver projects aligned to the platform’s vision, ensuring adherence to processes and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and enterprise architects to design scalable, flexible, and supportable systems aligned with technology strategy and standards.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 8+ years of equivalent business or technology experience.
  • 8+ years in Digital, CRM, or Commercial-related technology, including multi-market CRM deployments with API-first architectures for mobile/web engagement.
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM platforms.
  • 5+ years of leading Agile projects with globally diverse teams.
  • Completed several full CRM implementations or complex IT projects from initiation to support.
  • Experience building a digital ecosystem including user applications, architecture, integrations, and data strategy; preferred.
  • Strong ability to learn complex business processes, work across domains, and communicate clearly.
  • Experience leading technical workshops and documenting requirements and UAT scripts.
  • Ability to balance enterprise, sector, and regional requirements; strong relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities; proficient in PowerPoint and Excel for data presentation.
  • Familiarity with IT programming languages, databases, ETL tools, cloud architectures, and mobility solutions; preferred.
