Technical contributor responsible for designing, engineering, and continuously optimizing software delivery pipelines and full stack applications to support modern, scalable, and compliant development environments. Focus includes integrating agentic (AI-supported) development capabilities into the software lifecycle to ensure reproducibility, traceability, and compliance by design. Implement end-to-end technical solutions across application and platform layers while improving engineering practices, tooling, and delivery standards in alignment with enterprise IT and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows for reliable, repeatable builds, testing, and deployments.
- Engineer full stack solutions (backend services and frontend components).
- Develop and maintain scalable, modular, testable code with appropriate testing.
- Integrate and standardize SDLC toolchains (version control, build automation, artifact management, security scanning).
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize pipeline/application performance with observability.
- Embed/enforce security, compliance, and quality controls.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design decisions.
- Apply DevOps/platform engineering practices (containerization, infrastructure as code).
- Evaluate/adopt emerging technologies including AI-assisted development.
- Drive continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and standards.
- Produce/maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional/global teams.
- Support governance, traceability, and validation for AI-assisted software in regulated environments.

Qualifications
Required:
- BS CS (7 yrs); MS CS (6 yrs); PhD (2 yrs)
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI) and agentic workflows
- CI/CD pipeline experience in cloud/hybrid environments
- Strong backend skills; familiarity with frontend frameworks
- DevOps toolchains and Git-based workflows
- Deploy/support containerized apps with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of SDLC practices, documentation, traceability, validation in regulated environments
- Ability to learn/apply new technologies; strong communication/collaboration; structured/detail-oriented

Preferred:
- AWS/Azure cloud-native development
- IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- DevSecOps (vulnerability scanning, secrets management, secure coding)
- REST APIs, microservices, web apps (.NET, Python, React, etc.)
- Observability/monitoring (Datadog, Grafana, Splunk, OpenTelemetry)
- Pharmaceutical industry experience
