Technician III Engineering Process

Role: Engineering Process Technician III supporting manufacturing operations at Novo Nordisk's Bloomington site, focusing on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and process support in a GMP environment. Responsibilities: perform equipment setup, changeover, repair, and calibration; create and update GMP documentation; collaborate with departments to schedule maintenance, supervise contractors, and contribute to facility improvements; support safety, environmental, and equipment onboarding initiatives. Requirements: high school diploma with 5+ years relevant experience or associate degree in maintenance; advanced electrical/mechanical skills; trade certification preferred; ability to read, write, and follow safety instructions; proficiency with tools, basic math, and office software; strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
