Technician, Filling Operations (Onsite)

Role: Hands-on GMP manufacturing technician supporting drug product development and clinical supply at Rahway, NJ. Responsibilities: equipment setup, operation, cleaning, and maintaining process documentation; supporting formulation development feedback; assisting with equipment qualification and process improvements; ensuring GMP compliance; collaborating with formulators, engineers, QA, safety, and facilities teams. Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 1+ years GMP pharmaceutical processing experience; strong documentation skills; proficiency with computer systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Office); ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks; team-oriented communication. Preferred: 2+ years GMP processing experience; familiarity with oral solid dosage, sterile manufacturing, and automated systems; science or related degree; BioWork certification; troubleshooting skills.
