Role: Manager-level Technical System Owner for IT and OT Infrastructure, responsible for strategy, governance, lifecycle management, and continuous modernization of digital infrastructure across manufacturing and laboratory environments in a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: define and enforce infrastructure strategy aligned with digital transformation goals, develop governance frameworks, lead infrastructure lifecycle activities, oversee risk management, and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Collaborate with site, regional, and global teams, manage vendor relationships, and lead infrastructure projects and investments. Establish service KPIs, incident root cause analysis, and promote best practices in IT Service Management.
