Role: Regional Director, Health Information Technology, leading digital health strategy and implementation across the West region to enhance patient engagement and support therapeutic area objectives. Responsibilities: develop regional strategies, drive business results through field plans, mentor and develop healthcare IT leaders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee program operations, and promote electronic health record-enabled solutions while integrating AI and digital tools. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred), 8+ years in healthcare, pharma, diagnostics, or health informatics with expertise in digital health solutions impacting patient outcomes; proven strategic and partnership-building skills; experience with data, AI, and digital tools; valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75%. Preferred: 3+ years in field leadership roles.
