Role Summary

Technical Solution Architect - Associate Director. Lead end-to-end technical design and oversee CRM solutions within the Global Field CRM ecosystem, focusing on both new CRM implementations and maintenance of the current CRM. Based in Indianapolis, IN with travel expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead solution planning and architectural design for future Global Field CRM implementation with data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration and deployment of the CRM, and support vendor selection and system integration strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle and translate business requirements into technical solutions (AI, automation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions; influence vendor resources on data and technical direction.
  • Enable AI capabilities within the CRM and ensure effective collaboration with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
  • Understand and support the existing CRM during transition to the new platform; act as escalation point for critical incidents; approve technical designs prior to handoff to development.
  • Communicate with IT and business partners to ensure alignment and successful project delivery; provide technical leadership and mentorship to SMEs.
  • Evaluate new technologies and opportunities for process improvements within the CRM ecosystem; create architectural reference materials.

Qualifications

  • Required: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information or related field; 7+ years IT experience; deep experience with Field CRM technologies (e.g., Veeva); experience with global system implementations.

Skills

  • Experience with Agile/SAFE methodologies; strong technical leadership and project management; ability to drive projects and meet deadlines; effective cross-functional collaboration; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Computer Information or related technical or scientific field

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: 25% domestic and international
  • Hybrid schedule in Indianapolis, IN; willingness to relocate to Indianapolis; relocation benefits eligible
