Technical Project Manager

Role: Support customer-driven NGS projects in a fast-paced service lab by executing library prep, target enrichment, and sequencing workflows; troubleshoot technical issues; and ensure data quality. Responsibilities: process samples per protocols, operate lab equipment, track projects, analyze data, optimize workflows, and maintain documentation and compliance with standards like ISO 13485. Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Field Applications, and Customer Support teams to meet production timelines and deliver high-quality sequencing results. Requirements: B.S./M.S. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related; hands-on experience with PCR, DNA quantification, purification, and library prep; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred: 3–5 years in molecular biology and NGS workflows; experience with Illumina, PacBio, ONT platforms; familiarity with analytical tools such as BioAnalyzer, Qubit, Nanodrop.
