Technical Project Leader
Responsibilities:
- Guide the cross-functional CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) team, aligning technical objectives with the overall project strategy to deliver clinical materials and key milestones.
- Define and steer a scientifically sound technical development strategy, incorporating risk assessments and business objectives from development through life cycle management.
- Serve as the primary technical representative on the core project team, ensuring communication, influence, and alignment among technical functions, project coordination, and external partners.
- Oversee delivery of critical technical documentation (including Development History Reports) and support regulatory CMC submissions with functional experts.
- Foster innovation and accountability by promoting collaboration and communication to solve complex challenges and accelerate timelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific/engineering field (e.g., Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, Chemistry) or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical or vaccine technical development, CMC, or manufacturing.
- Strong scientific background with demonstrated cross-functional guidance and project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MS or PhD in a related scientific field.
- Direct experience with CMC regulatory submissions for veterinary products.
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with technical transfers to manufacturing sites.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project).
