Technical Product Owner, AI-native Large molecule Discovery

Role: Technical Product Owner for AI-native Large Molecule Discovery, responsible for translating scientific visions into a technically robust development roadmap and overseeing engineering execution within Takeda's Labs of Tomorrow program. Responsibilities: own the product backlog, set architecture direction, coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and biologists; manage external partners; ensure solutions align with laboratory workflows; and supervise delivery quality, performance, and technical integrity. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in Biology, Computational Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 8+ years in software product ownership, technical program management, or engineering leadership within pharma/biotech R&D; strong biological fluency and experience in scientific software platforms, cloud architecture, and AI/ML systems. Preferred: experience with scientific data standards, laboratory automation, bioinformatics tools, or AI discovery applications; certifications in Agile/Scrum.
