Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Vision Americas Connected Experience.
- Translate business objectives into technology-enabled capabilities (acquisition, engagement, retention, loyalty).
- Lead alignment between regional priorities and global platform strategies; set OKRs, success metrics, and value realization plans.
- Own the Americas Connected Experience product portfolio (investments, innovation, regulatory requirements, operational excellence).
- Lead annual business planning, funding requests, investment prioritization, and financial management; manage budgets/forecasts/resources.
- Oversee end-to-end digital ecosystem across professional, consumer, and e-commerce channels; drive improvements in conversion, adoption, CES, and user satisfaction.
- Execute roadmaps with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, UX, and Delivery Leaders; lead prioritization/governance across agile squads.
- Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability; evaluate emerging tech for innovation.
- Serve as primary technology product leader; partner with marketing/commercial/technology/global platform stakeholders; facilitate executive decision-making.
- Lead and mentor Product Owners/Product Analysts; foster accountability and customer-centric culture; develop talent pipelines; promote agile/product-centric ways of working.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelorβs degree (IT/CS/Engineering/Business/Marketing or related).
- 8+ years in product management and/or digital/technology product leadership.
- Experience leading enterprise-scale digital, customer-facing platforms.
- Proven stakeholder management across business and technology.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems, CRM, web platforms, and e-commerce.
- Experience leading cross-functional agile teams.
- Strong financial acumen (portfolio planning, budgeting, investment prioritization).
- Strong executive communication and influencing.
Preferred:
- Healthcare/medical device/pharma/regulated industry experience.
- Experience with DXP, CRM (Salesforce/Marketing Cloud), e-commerce platforms, identity/access management, customer analytics/personalization.
- PMP/Agile/Scrum/Product Management (or related) certifications.
- Experience leading geographically dispersed teams/global initiatives.
